• WhatsApp Business phone number(s)

We use your data to:

• Provide AI-powered WhatsApp messaging and automation
• Process and manage orders and customer inquiries
• Send notifications (email/SMS) and support
• Improve our service and ensure security

4. Third-Party Services

ShopEazzy uses Whapi.cloud as our WhatsApp messaging provider to send and receive messages on your behalf.

When you use ShopEazzy, your WhatsApp messages and related data are processed through Whapi.cloud. We are bound by Whapi’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If Whapi experiences downtime or limitations, our service may also be affected.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers:

• Whapi.cloud – for WhatsApp messaging infrastructure
• Cloud hosting, storage, and monitoring providers
• SMS/email notification services

6. Service Availability

Our service depends on third-party providers (including Whapi). While we strive to maintain high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times due to factors outside our direct control.

7. Data Retention

• Account and business data: while your account is active
• Conversation logs: typically up to 90 days
• Backups: retained for up to 90 days

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Request restriction of processing
• Withdraw consent (where applicable)
